No Boundaries 5K Copy

No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks!  Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics.  We will cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

Our 12-week training program for the Purdue Boilermaker  5K is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 30th, 2013 at 7pm from the store. Training sessions for the program will be on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, and Saturday mornings at 8am, all from the store. The program lasts 12 weeks, ending on Tuesday, October 15th.  Sign up here!
