Try something new!  Come to FREE Yoga class with certified yoga instructor Marcia Schaller.  All abilities (runners, walkers, run/walkers) are encouraged to come!  The class will be held at M Power Yoga at 1020 Sagamore Parkway, West Lafayette, IN.  Please bring your own water bottle, and your own yoga mat if you have one.  You must RSVP!

I discovered Baptiste Power Vinyasa when I was visiting family back East one summer. Recovering from several sports-related injuries, I was looking for a different yoga class. Noticing a Baptiste studio in the area, I took my first class and that was it - I was hooked! Sweaty, energized, invigorated, yet peaceful at the same time - I felt totally alive. This yoga was like nothing else I had experienced in my body. I leave a practice with the endorphin release of a workout, the ease of a massage, and the calm of meditation. I have had the privilege of training with Baron Baptiste and working with an incredible group of teachers. I bring my experience, my passion for this practice, and an open heart to all of my students and invite them to experience the joy, creativity, lightness, love, and empowerment that power vinyasa yoga can bring into their lives.

Whatever your story, no matter who or where you are, come and take a class - then take a few more and decide whether or not this practice resonates with you. The good news about yoga is that there are many styles and methods available for us to choose from. This style speaks to me, grounds me, and allows me to see endless possibilities.
