Free Barre Yoga for Runners/Walkers

Ready for something different? Come try barre yoga during our FREE session with instructor Cathy Kastens.  The Barre technique is a total body workout that burns fat and sculpts the body to create long lean legs, flat abs, sculpted arms, and a lifted seat.  All abilities (runners, walkers, run/walkers) are encouraged to come! The class will be held at Tenley Studio at 332 Main St  Lafayette, IN.  Please bring your own water bottle, and your own yoga mat if you have one.  You must RSVP!

After the birth of my fourth child I was determined to make the commitment to getting in shape, and staying in shape. Tenley helped me do that in ways I never dreamed! Being asked to be a Tenley instructor was an honor, and I love the way it helps to provide me with balance in my life. I love spending time with my family and friends and after what felt like an eternity of not being fit I now also love working out!
